Program Overview
The OmniStem Brand Ambassador and Referral Program is a structured initiative designed for non-licensed wellness professionals, influencers, health coaches, lifestyle advocates, and patient support specialists based in the United States. It provides an opportunity to collaborate with OmniStem by promoting awareness of regenerative medicine while earning performance-based rewards in a fully legal and transparent framework.
1. What’s the Objective?
Our program is designed to:
- Expand awareness of regenerative treatments through trusted advocates.
- Build ethical, transparent, and legally compliant partnerships.
- Reward successful referrals with fair, performance-based compensation.
- Support OmniStem’s mission to deliver world-class regenerative care globally.
2. What Does a Brand Ambassador Do?
Ambassadors are trusted allies who refer and guide potential patients. Key activities include:
- Sharing OmniStem’s services within their personal or professional network.
- Educating and supporting prospective patients.
- Using personalized referral codes or tracking links.
- Facilitating communication with OmniStem when appropriate.
3. How Does the Program Work?
Eligibility
Open to U.S.-based non-licensed professionals or influencers in health, wellness, or lifestyle.
Duration
6-month renewable agreements based on performance.
Tracking
Every referral is linked to your unique code or custom URL.
Compliance
No medical advice or diagnostics may be provided. All communications must be ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant.
Commitment
Ambassadors must sign a basic agreement and NDA, and represent OmniStem professionally.
4. How Does Compensation Work?
Two ambassador roles define your level of involvement and commission:
Awareness Ambassador – 5% Commission
You refer basic contact details (name, email, phone), and our team handles the rest. Maximum per patient: $1,000
Consultative Ambassador – 10% Commission
You actively support the patient through three key steps:
- Ensure they complete the CA (Check Access) form, with general info and eligibility questions
- Guide them to complete the RE (Regenerative Evaluation) form, which includes their medical history for clinical review
- Support the patient in scheduling their medical appointment
- Maximum per patient: $2,000
Commissions are paid monthly after treatment completion and verified referral tracking.

This program is intended for non-MD collaborators and is structured to be legally compliant and performance-based. All participants must uphold the integrity and standards of the OmniStem brand.
